RECOVER Initiative- Atlanta Hub 

OVERVIEW & GOALS  

Funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Researching COVID to Enhance Recovery (RECOVER) Atlanta Hub brings together Emory University, Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM), the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, and Kaiser Permanente of Georgia (KPGA). For this study, the consortium brings together scientists, clinicians, patients, and caregivers to research recovery from the long-term effects of COVID through a national initiative that incorporates both, an observation study and clinical trials. The Atlanta Hub works collaboratively with hubs and sites in the RECOVER Initiative to tackle the multi-dimensional issues of Long COVID. Georgia CEAL supports the community engagement efforts of the Atlanta Hub.
