OVERVIEW & GOALS  

The Georgia CEAL MSI Alliance joins together members of Georgia CEAL and the Community Engagement Course and Action Network to expand our impact at the collegiate level throughout the state. The Community Engagement Course and Action Network (CECAN). CECAN serves as a community resource providing training opportunities and technical assistance to participants from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), public health practitioners and medical professionals, students, and community engagement partners. CECAN is represented by four institutions: Dalton State College, Fort Valley State University, Georgia State University, and Savannah State University.
